Admin. Order 26-02 ORDER TERMINATING APPOINTMENTS OF ACTING CLERK OF COURT AND ACTING CHIEF DEPUTY CLERK II In view of the Court's selection of a permanent clerk of court (the "Clerk"), the Court has determined that the temporary appointments of Rhetta Carter, to serve as acting clerk of court (the "Acting Clerk"), and Kristy Cobb, to serve as acting chief deputy clerk II (the "Acting Chief Deputy"), should terminate effective as of the date of the Clerk's appointment. Accordingly, it is ORDERED that, effective at 12:01 AM CDT on March 23, 2026, the designation, appointment, and authority granted the Acting Clerk and Acting Chief Deputy by Administrative Order 25-04 shall terminate.
