RULE 1007-1 COMPUTER READABLE LISTS OF CREDITORS Unless the court orders otherwise, in all voluntary cases other than cases filed by pro se debtors, the debtor must file with the petition a list, in a computer-readable format, of the names and complete addresses, including zip codes, of:
• the debtor; • the debtor's attorney; • all secured and unsecured creditors; and • all other parties in interest entitled to notice in the case.
