RULE 1017-3 EFFECT OF DISMISSAL OF BANKRUPTCY CASE ON PENDING ADVERSARY PROCEEDINGS When a bankruptcy case is dismissed, an adversary proceeding pending in the case will not be dismissed unless the court orders its dismissal.
