RULE 2002-2 NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S FINAL REPORT IN CHAPTER 7 CASES In Chapter 7 cases, if the estate assets available for distribution exceed $5,000, the trustee must serve the Notice of Trustee's Final Report and Applications for Compensation. Notices must be served on the debtor and on creditors who have filed claims.
