RULE 3011-1 MOTIONS FOR PAYMENT OF UNCLAIMED FUNDS A motion for payment of unclaimed funds under 28 U.S.C. § 2042 must be noticed for presentment to the chief judge or another judge that the chief judge designates. The motion must comply with the requirements on the court's website.
