RULE 5011-1 MOTIONS TO WITHDRAW THE REFERENCE A motion under Rule 5011(a) of the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure to withdraw the reference of a case or proceeding under 28 U.S.C. § 157(d) must be filed with the clerk and must be accompanied by the required filing fee. The clerk must promptly transmit the motion to the district court.
