RULE 7026-1 DISCOVERY MATERIALS A. Definition In this Rule, "discovery materials" means requests and responses under Rules 26 through 36 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure (made applicable by Rules 7026-36 and 9014 of the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure), requests and responses under Rule 2004 of the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure, and subpoenas under Rule 9016 of the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure and responses and objections to subpoenas.

B. Discovery Materials Not to Be Filed Except By Order Except as this Rule or Rule 7037-1 provides, discovery materials must not be filed with the clerk, unless the court orders otherwise. The party serving discovery materials must retain the originals. An original deposition transcript must be retained by the party who ordered it.
