RULE 9019-1 MOTIONS TO APPROVE SETTLEMENT OF ADVERSARY PROCEEDINGS A motion under Rule 9019 of the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure to approve a compromise or settlement of an adversary proceeding must be filed in the bankruptcy case, not in the adversary proceeding.
