RULE 9027-1 FILING STATE COURT RECORD AFTER REMOVAL A party removing a claim or cause of action in a civil action from a state court to the district court under 28 U.S.C. § 1452(a) must file with the clerk a complete copy of the state court record no later than 21 days after the notice of removal is filed under Rule 9027(a) of the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure.
