RULE 9033-1 TRANSMITTAL TO THE DISTRICT COURT OF PROPOSED FINDINGS OF FACT AND CONCLUSIONS OF LAW When the court files proposed findings of fact and conclusions of law, the clerk must transmit them to the district court when the time has expired for filing objections and any responses under Rule 9033(b) of the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure.
