RULE 9037-1 MOTION TO REDACT PERSONAL INFORMATION A motion under Rule 9037(h) of the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure to redact personal information must be filed without a notice of motion and without serving other parties. The motion must be accompanied by a redacted version of the filed document and a proposed order requiring the clerk to substitute the redacted document for the unredacted document. The judge must rule on the motion as soon as possible without holding a hearing unless there appears to be a reason to deny the motion, in which case the judge should set the matter for hearing as soon as possible.
