B-9002-1 Meaning of Words in Local Rules In construing any local rules of the district court made applicable to proceedings before the bankruptcy court, all references to the court shall be deemed to be a reference to the bankruptcy court, all references to the district judge or magistrate judge shall be deemed to be a reference to the bankruptcy judge, all references to the clerk shall be deemed to be a reference to the clerk of the bankruptcy court, and all references to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure shall be deemed to be a reference to the corresponding Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure.
