Local Rule B-9019-2: Arbitration/Alternative Dispute Resolution

B-9019-2 Arbitration/Alternative Dispute Resolution The court may, upon its own initiative, or upon the motion of a party, set any appropriate adversary proceeding or contested matter for a non-binding method of alternative dispute resolution. The parties may, however, agree to be bound by the results of any such alternative method of dispute resolution.
