B-9029-2 Limitation on Sanctions for Error as to Form The court may sanction any attorney or person appearing pro se for violation of any local rule governing the form of pleadings and other papers filed with the court by the imposition of a fine not to exceed $1,000.00, or by ordering stricken, after notice and opportunity to be heard or to cure the defect, a paper which does not comply with these Rules. Local rules governing the form of pleadings and other papers filed with the court include, but are not limited to, those local rules regulating the paper size, and the requirement of a special designation in the caption.
