Rule 1072-1 Places of Holding Court Subject to the direction of the Judicial Conference of the United States, the Judicial Council of the Eighth Circuit, or further order of this Court, the places of holding court in this district are Cedar Rapids, Dubuque, Fort Dodge, Mason City, Sioux City, and Waterloo.
