Rule 2091‐1 Attorneys - Withdrawals An attorney who has appeared on record in a case or proceeding may withdraw only with leave of the Court and for good cause. The attorney's motion to withdraw must be served on the client, the United States Trustee, the case or standing trustee, if any, any party who has filed a Request for Notices, and opposing counsel in any pending contested matter or adversary proceeding in which movant has appeared.
