Local Rule Rule 5075-1: Clerk – Delegated Functions of

Rule 5075-1 Clerk – Delegated Functions of The Clerk is authorized to execute the following orders:

(a) orders granting applications to pay filing fees in installments pursuant to Local Rule 1006-1(a);

(b) discharges of debtors in chapter 7 cases;

(c) final decrees; and

(e) such other orders as the Court may direct.
