Local Rule Rule 7056-1: Summary Judgment

Rule 7056-1 Summary Judgment A party desiring oral argument on a motion for summary judgment must make the request in the motion or the resistance; the request should be identified as part of the title of the pleading. Oral argument will be held at the discretion of the presiding judge.
