Rule 8006-1 Designation of Record - Appeal All documents designated by the parties, except for exhibits, shall be maintained electronically in CM/ECF by the Clerk. If any party desires that an exhibit be transmitted as part of the designation of record, the party shall make that request in writing to the Clerk at the time of the designation of record.
