Rule 9013-3 Certificate of Service - Motions Proof of service of all papers required or permitted to be served, other than those for which a method of proof is prescribed in the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure, shall be filed promptly with the Clerk, and, in any event, before action is to be taken thereon by the Court. The proof of service must show the date and manner of service and may be by written acknowledgment of service, by certification of a member of the bar of this Court, by affidavit of the person who served the papers, or by any other satisfactory proof.
