Rule 7007.1-1. Corporate Ownership Statement.
(c) Required by Partnership or Joint Venture that is Party to an Adversary Proceeding. The requirements for filing a Corporate Ownership Statement by certain nongovernmental corporate parties to an adversary proceeding, other than the debtor, under Fed. R. Bankr. P. 7007.1 shall also apply to any party that is a general partnership, limited partnership, joint venture, or limited liability company.
