Rule 8009-1. Record on Appeal.
(a) Designating the Record on Appeal. A filed designation of record on appeal must list the docket number, title, and filing date for each document the party wants an appellate court to review in the case or adversary docket. Documents that are improperly identified will be excluded from the appellate court's record on appeal.
