Local Rule RULE 1014-1: INTERDISTRICT TRANSFER OF CASES OR PROCEEDINGS

RULE 1014-1 INTERDISTRICT TRANSFER OF CASES OR PROCEEDINGS After the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date of entry of an order transferring a case or proceeding from this district to another district, the Clerk shall mail to the court to which the case is transferred: (1) an order of transfer; and (2) the original documents on file in the case or proceeding. If the documents in a transferred case or proceeding are only available in electronic format in the CM/ECF system, the Clerk shall mail to the court to which the case is transferred a notice to obtain the required documents from PACER.
