RULE 3001-3 ELECTRONIC SUBMISSION OF PROOF OF CLAIM Without the necessity of becoming a registered user, any claimant or the claimant's agent may utilize the feature available on the court's website for electronic submission of a proof of claim form. Any proof of claim filed electronically, using this court's website, shall have the same force and effect as if the individual signed a paper copy of the document.
