RULE 3016-1 CHAPTER 11 – PLAN Except in a case where the debtor is an individual, the jurisdictional statement in a chapter 11 plan shall provide that the Court will retain jurisdiction until there is substantial consummation of the plan. The Court may find a plan to be substantially consummated at the time the first payment is made pursuant to the plan if the other conditions of § 1101(2) are satisfied.
