RULE 4002-1 CHANGE OF ADDRESS OF DEBTOR If the address of the debtor changes at any time prior to closure of the case, the debtor shall immediately file with the court a Change of Address Form or a document that contains the debtor's name, case number, the pro se creditor's name, the original address given the Clerk, and the new address.
