RULE 7040-2 ADJOURNMENT OF TRIAL AND EVIDENTIARY HEARING An adjournment of a trial or evidentiary hearing shall not be granted, except upon a showing to the Court of exceptional circumstances. Any such request shall be filed electronically and indicate whether all parties have consented. For cases assigned to the Albany division, the request shall also be faxed to Chambers.
