Rule 1071-1 DIVISIONS – BANKRUPTCY COURT Locational Assignment of Cases and Proceedings. Except as provided in 28 U.S.C. §1408(2), or as otherwise ordered by the Court, the filing of cases or proceedings properly venued in a Court within this district shall be assigned to the Court in the division serving that county:
