Local Rule 3018-2: ACCEPTANCE/REJECTION OF PLANS

Rule 3018-2 ACCEPTANCE/REJECTION OF PLANS Certification of Acceptances and Rejections of Plans Under Chapters 11 and 12. In a Chapter 11 or 12 case, prior to or at the hearing on confirmation, the proponent of a plan or other party who receives the acceptances or rejections shall certify to the Court the amount and number of allowed claims of each class accepting or rejecting the plan and the amount of allowed interests of each class accepting or rejecting the plan, unless otherwise ordered by the Court. A copy of the certification shall be served on the debtor, debtor in possession, trustee, United States Trustee, any parties requesting notice, objecting parties, and any creditors' or equity security holders' committee appointed pursuant to the Code. The Court may find that the plan has been accepted or rejected on the basis of the certification.
