Rule 6004-1 SALE OF ESTATE PROPERTY Purchasing or Acquiring Assets of the Estate Prohibited. No professional person appointed in a case by order of Court, no employee or affiliate of the professional, and no member of the professional's immediate family shall, directly or indirectly, purchase or acquire any interest in any asset of the estate.
