Local Rule 9013-3: CERTIFICATE OF SERVICE – MOTIONS

Rule 9013-3 CERTIFICATE OF SERVICE – MOTIONS A certificate of service shall be appended to and served with any document tendered for filing which is required to be served (excepting any document required to be served together with a summons). The certificate of service shall be signed and shall:
(1) Identify, with specificity, the document served;
(2) State the date and method of service;
(3) Identify, by name and address, each entity served; and
(4) Contain or refer to an accompanying notice as required by LBR 9013-1(a).
