9036-1 NOTICE BY ELECTRONIC TRANSMISSION The Clerk is authorized to send notices by electronic transmission upon written request, by an entity entitled to receive notice. Such a request shall have no effect on any service required to be made by anyone other than the Clerk. See LBR 5005-4.
