RULE 1008-1. VERIFICATION OF PETITION AND ACCOMPANYING PAPERS Any petition, list, schedule, statement of financial affairs, or amendment thereto that is filed more than fourteen (14) days after having been signed by the debtor shall be accompanied by a statement, verified by the debtor or containing an unsworn declaration of the debtor, that no change in circumstances has occurred in the interim.
