RULE 2014-1. EMPLOYMENT OF PROFESSIONALS An application for employment made pursuant to Bankruptcy Rule 2014 may be ruled upon ex parte by the entry of a Text-Only Order or may be set for hearing, at the discretion of the Court. A proposed order need not be submitted with such application.
