RULE 3018-1. BALLOTS – VOTING ON PLANS The person designated in a plan to receive ballots to accept or reject a plan shall file a tabulation of the ballots no later than five (5) days before the date set for hearing on confirmation of the plan. The tabulation shall include the numbers and percentages of acceptances and rejections of each impaired class, and whether each such impaired class is deemed to accept or reject the plan.
