RULE 5010-1. REOPENING CASES If a party seeks to reopen a case or proceeding that does not appear on the ECF System, the party shall contact the ECF System Help Desk (contact information is available on the Court's website (http://www.oknb.uscourts.gov)) to request that the docket of the case or proceeding be entered into the ECF System before filing a motion to reopen the case or proceeding.
