RULE 5011-1. WITHDRAWAL OF REFERENCE A. A motion for withdrawal of a case or proceeding pursuant to Bankruptcy Rule 5011(a) and responses thereto shall be filed with the Clerk of the Bankruptcy Court. See District Court Local Rules for provisions governing withdrawal motions.
B. Unless otherwise ordered by the Court, a motion for withdrawal shall not toll, suspend, or otherwise change the time period for filing responsive pleadings or motions in pending matters.
