Local Rule 9011-2: PRO SE PARTIES

RULE 9011-2. PRO SE PARTIES Pro se filers shall file signed paper originals of all petitions, lists, schedules, statements, amendments, pleadings, affidavits, and other documents that contain original signatures, verifications, or unsworn declarations under any rule or statute. The Clerk shall image the documents for filing and maintain the original paper documents in accordance with Bankruptcy Rule 5003. Lists of creditors shall be submitted to the Clerk in electronic format concurrently with the filing of the petition. Pro se filers may obtain assistance from the Clerk in producing a list of creditors in the appropriate electronic format.
