RULE 9070-1. EXHIBITS Copies of pre-marked exhibits intended to be introduced at a hearing and a list of witnesses intended to be called in a case or proceeding shall be submitted to, but not filed with, the Clerk. If the hearing is scheduled on a Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday, the materials shall be submitted to the Clerk no later than 12:00 p.m. (noon) on the immediately preceding Friday. If the hearing is scheduled on a Thursday or Friday, the materials shall be submitted to the Clerk no later than 12:00 p.m. (noon) on the immediately preceding Monday. Copies of such pre-marked exhibits and witness lists shall be transmitted to each party in interest in a manner calculated to be received on the same day they are submitted to the Court. This rule does not apply to hearings in a Chapter 13 case unless the matter is specially set for an evidentiary hearing or unless specifically ordered by the Court.
