RULE 9081-1. EFFECT OF AMENDMENT OF LOCAL RULES OF THE DISTRICT COURT The District Court Local Rules made applicable in cases or proceedings by these rules shall be the District Court Local Rules in effect on the effective date of these rules and as thereafter amended, unless otherwise provided by such amendment.
