1073-1 ASSIGNMENT OF CASES By agreement between the bankruptcy judges of the Northern and Southern Districts of West Virginia, each judge is authorized to assign cases filed within the judge's district to a judge of the other district. Unless otherwise ordered by the Court, the Clerk's Office from the district of origin administers the case.
