2016-1 COMPENSATION OF PROFESSIONALS
(a) Application for Compensation Unless otherwise ordered by the Court, an entity seeking interim or final compensation for services, or reimbursement of necessary expenses, from the estate must file an application that substantially complies with the United States Trustee Guidelines for Reviewing Applications for Compensation and Reimbursement of Expenses Filed Under 11 U.S.C. § 330.
(b) Chapter 11 Fee Applications Unless otherwise ordered by the Court, a hold-back of 15% applies to any interim fees approved by the Court, which are to be held in trust until an application for final compensation is approved by the Court.
