2090-1 ATTORNEYS – ADMISSION TO PRACTICE The standards and requirements stated in the Local Rules of the District Court for the Northern District of West Virginia are adopted for attorney admission, discipline, and unauthorized practice in the Bankruptcy Court. An attorney admitted to practice before the District Court for the Northern District of West Virginia is also admitted to practice before the Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of West Virginia.
