9004-1 PAPERS – REQUIREMENTS OF FORM
(a) Legibility If a document cannot be filed in a readable manner, it shall be accompanied by a typed, attached substitute containing counsel's certification that the typed substitute contains, to the extent possible, the exact information set forth in the original document.
(b) Font Size and Spacing Font size shall not be less than 10 point, and line spacing shall neither be more than double spaced nor less than single spaced.
(c) Page Limitations No brief, motion, or accompanying memorandum shall exceed 25 pages in length, exclusive of exhibits, absent permission from the Court.
