9006-1 TIME PERIODS

(a) No Bridge Order Required Unless otherwise required by the Bankruptcy Code or the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure, if a motion to extend the time to take any action is filed before the expiration of the period established by the Bankruptcy Code, the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure, these Local Rules, the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure as made applicable to bankruptcy proceedings, or by Court order, the time shall be automatically be extended until the Court acts on the motion without the necessity of a bridge order.

(b) Local Court Closure When a time period is stated in days, and the last day falls on a day when all the Clerk's offices are closed, the time period continues to run until the end of the next day that is not a Saturday, Sunday, legal holiday (as defined in Fed. R. Bankr. P. 9006(a)(6)), or Court closure. Court closures do not affect deadlines for e-filing parties.
