9029-3 LOCAL RULES – DISTRICT COURT The Local Rules of the District Court for the Northern District of West Virginia apply to bankruptcy proceedings unless the application of the Bankruptcy Code, the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure, these Local Bankruptcy Rules, Court order, or an order or notice sent by the Bankruptcy Clerk requires a different result.
