Local Rule 2016-3: Final Fee Applications

2016-3. Final Fee Applications.
(a) Unless otherwise ordered by the Court, all professionals must file final fee applications.
(b) Motions for final fee awards must contain the following: (1) all information required of interim fee applications under LBR 2016-2; (2) a request for approval of all prior interim fee awards; and (3) a request for payment of all amounts previously allowed but unpaid pursuant to LBR 2016-2.
