3015-6. Time and Manner for Objecting to Modifications of a Chapter 13 Plan.
(a) Objections to Modifications with an Adverse Impact on Creditors. Objections to such a modification, which is to be noticed using Local Form CSD 1170 must be filed along with a Proof of Service within 28 days of service and served upon the debtor(s), counsel, and the chapter 13 trustee. Any response to the objection will be considered at the time of the confirmation hearing.
(b) Objections to Post-Confirmation Modifications. Objections to a post-confirmation modification or amended plan noticed using CSD 1149 must be filed, along with a Proof of Service, within 28 days of the modification's service. Any response to the objection must comply with LBR 9013-7 and must be filed, along with a Proof of Service, within 14 days of the objection's service.
