Local Rule 7008-3: Demand for Judgment

7008-3. Demand for Judgment. If the pleading does not contain a consent to the entry of final orders or a final judgment by the bankruptcy judge, the words "DEMAND FOR JUDGMENT BY DISTRICT JUDGE" must also appear immediately following the title of the Document. A notation of a demand solely on the Form B 1040 Cover Sheet does not constitute a demand for judgment by a district judge.
