7016-8. Sanctions; Pretrial. Failure of trial counsel to attend the final Pretrial Conference or to comply with LBR 7016-5 or 7016-6 may be deemed an abandonment or failure to prosecute or defend diligently, and judgment may be entered against the defaulting party with respect to a specific issue or the entire Action.
